Pasadena Stars Basketball is an organization that was founded in Southern California by Paul Assinesi in 2003. For seven years the Stars competed competitively in every big tournament on the West Coast. From winning the Las Vegas National tournament in 2004 to leading a team to the top 10 in the nation to over 100 wins and a semi-final appearance at the National Youth Basketball tournament, Coach Paul has pushed his players to the next level.

 

   Now primarily based in Greenville, SC, PSA focuses on individual training along with conducting camps, clinics and AAU teams. Paul Assinesi has been the Head Mens Varsity Basketball Coach at St. Joseph's Catholic School for the past five years. Coach Assinesi led the school to their second conference title and first ever Upper state Championship appearance in 2014. Coach Assinesi has helped over 20 kids reach their goal in being able to play at the collegiate level.

 

   PSA also has a program in Pasadena, California, where the program started. Coach Mason Holle is the head coach at this location. In high school Coach Mason led his team to win the CIF Championship. He went to college at Birmingham Southern where he was a basketball captain. Now he hopes to lead kids to reach their goals in basketball and progress to the next level.
