INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

PSA basketball specializes in individual training. Workouts are made to challenge each player in preparation for the next level. Players will be put through intense workouts and pushed to their max limits. Workouts will be based on skill level and individual needs. We hold Fall workouts every Saturday starting September 10th!

Time: Saturday's are 10am-11am

Sunday's are 3pm-4pm

Price $15 per hour
